everything was modern, unbeatable location close to everything, the staff were pleasant. loved to spend 4 days in our new-fashioned triple room with bunk above, shower, for example. location: the hotel was close to early trains, main railway station, and the airport which was less than 8 euros. also, it was set only 1 km to a historic private garden.

We had a small hiccup with our room card, but the night employee quickly resolved the issue. The staff was always helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The location near the train station was convenient and allowed us to easily explore the city. The room, although small, was clean and comfortable, providing us with a good night's sleep. The budget-friendly price made it an excellent choice for our stay in Poitiers. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

my recent stay in poitiers was incredible, especially at ibis budget. the hotel was impeccably clean and the helpful staff went above and beyond to assist me. the location next to the train station was convenient and the short walk to the old town and dining options was a bonus.

Wifi connection was weak.

The hotel had a great location, very close to the train station, which made it convenient for us to travel with our luggage. they had a lift, which made it easier for us to access our room without having to carry our bags up the stairs. the staff members were helpful and friendly, which made our stay more pleasant.

The room we stayed in had some issues. One of the beds was uncomfortable and made strange sounds every time we moved, which was quite annoying.
